Venue Draping

Venue Draping is a superb way of transforming an entire venue or for simply altering the appearance of a particular wall.

We use a thick white pleated drape with an optional swag for all of our venue draping bookings. We find that it is by far the best way to drape a venue.

We hire our drapes throughout the UK from our Leicester base, our clients have held events in London, Manchester, Nottingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Leicester, Northampton, Coventry, York, Kent, Essex, Birmingham and Scotland to name a few.

We are typically asked to drape an entire venue, totally transforming it. As we use a fairly thick drape then any paintings, mouses heads etc will be totally hidden.

Once a venue has been draped then we can also uplight it in a colour of your choice to fit in with the event colour scheme by using our 1m LED batons.

We are also able to drape over doors by using a valence which we can match to the size of doors at the venue.

The venue drapes are available as standard in 4m x 4m and 6m x 4m lengths. Other lengths and heights of cloths can be ordered in if required.

The drapes are erected using a specialist pipe and base system; this allows them to be free standing which means that we do not need to attach anything to the wall of your venue. This is a telescopic system which allows us to drape to a height of 5m.

We charge £15.00 + VAT per meter for our venue draping service making draping a very affordable option for your event.

Your venue should be able to email you over a room plan which we can work from, a site visit may be required however to determine exactly how many drapes are required, especialy when you wish to drape an entire venue.

Starlight Backdrop

Our Ivory Starcloth also known as a Starlight Backdrop is to our knowledge the finest cloth of its type in the marketplace; we have yet to see a cloth which comes close to it in terms of quality.

The ivory starlight backdrop uses a freestanding pipe and base system to be mounted on and is 6m x 3m as standard;.

Venue Lighting

Our LED Uplighting service allows you to choose the exact colour(s) that you would like the walls of your venue to appear throughout the event - we can match your colour scheme from a range of hundreds of different shades.

We are also able to integrate the venue lighting with your DJs / bands so that the walls of the venue change colour in time with the beat of the music.

White Starlit Dance Floors

Our White Starlit Dance Floors are a unique way of helping you to create a perfect party atmosphere, perfect for wedding receptions and corporate events. The twinkly white LEDs are built into each panel and can be controlled by a simple hand held controller.

Our fully trained and uniformed staff will deliver, set up and remove the dance floor away afterwards so you don't have to worry about a thing.
